Hi nice to meet you i'm Amba, a few facts about me:
- I travelled Indonesia for a month on my own.
- I’m training to do a Hyrox.
- I’ve been a cricket coach for six years.
I'm really passionate about creating opportunities for women in tech and helping them reach their full potential.
Through our Women in Tech podcast, we get to speak with inspiring female engineers and leaders, sharing their stories, experiences and advice with the wider community!
As a team, we work across the full infrastructure stack, from Data Centres (IT, Critical Facilities & Construction) and AI Compute (GPUs, InfiniBand, RoCEv2, SLURM) to GPU Software (CUDA, Kubernetes, PyTorch, MLOps & Inference) and IP Networking (EVPN/VXLAN, MPLS, IPv6).
We partner with Neoclouds, AI startups, ISPs, MSPs and Hyperscalers across the Benelux region and beyond.
A few of our success stories:
- We helped a Junior Engineer land her dream role at a global data centre provider. She doubted herself at first, but with some encouragement, plenty of hard work on her part and great training from her new employer, she's now working on global projects just six months in!
- We're working with a global AI startup, helping shape their hiring process as they grow and headhunting talent across Architecture, Data Centre, Systems, Network and AI/ML Engineering throughout Europe and the US.
- We helped a global data centre provider urgently build out their Critical Facilities team in a remote Dutch location with a very limited talent pool. Through targeted headhunting, our network and referrals, we successfully placed nine engineers from Junior to Senior level.
- We've partnered with a global AI infrastructure provider for over two years, supporting their growth with 30+ placements across Network Engineering, GPU Software, Project Management, Sales and C-suite leadership, with 100% retention across all placements so far!
