• Captained Hartpury's 1st XV to the BUCS Championship. Hamilton Barnes sponsors that team, so I'm basically a returning investment.
• Swapped South Africa for the UK on my own, with a one-way ticket and a lot of self-belief.

•  We built the founding leadership team for a stealth AI infrastructure startup's gigawatt-scale GPU deployment, hiring their VP of Data Center Operations, VP of AI Infrastructure, Director of Bare Metal Services, and Director of AI Platforms. We're now their strategic hiring partner for phase two.
• As a strategic partner to a leading neocloud, we've hired 10 specialists across GPU architecture, InfiniBand networking, MLOps, site reliability, and cloud solution architecture in the US, UK, and Europe.
•  Within a month of partnering with a Series B GPU-as-a-service startup, we hired a Site Reliability Engineer from a competitor and their first EU team member, helping them launch a follow-the-sun support model.
