Here at Hamilton Barnes I am part of the Global Data Center team, working with a range of companies from AI Stealth Start-Ups in their start-up phase right through to Hyperscalers, Colocation Providers, General Contractors & MEP Specialists.
We focus on supporting these companies in delivering large-scale campuses and fast-track builds across the US. The biggest constraint I’m seeing isn’t capital or land; it’s finding experienced mission-critical talent.
