Hi nice to meet you, I'm Shane.

I lead Hamilton Barnes' Canadian market, placing specialist technical talent across networking, infrastructure, and cybersecurity in both the Canadian and US markets.

I work with enterprise clients, MSPs, carriers, and fast-scaling tech companies who need people that can actually do the job — not just tick boxes on a job description. My background in the space means I understand the difference between someone who built the infrastructure and someone who administered it.

 My focus areas:
