Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of 8–10 existing accounts through cross-selling, upselling, and deepening stakeholder relationships
- Lead client mapping to identify key decision-makers and expand relationships across each account
- Conduct regular QBRs, deal reviews, and account reviews
- Cost and build commercial proposals, working closely with internal commercial teams to ensure accurate and competitive pricing
- Act as the internal conductor - liaising with project managers, service delivery managers, and wider sales team to ensure seamless account delivery
- Translate technical solutions into plain-language outcomes for non-technical stakeholders
- Identify opportunities by recognising client pain points and matching them to the client's service portfolio
Skills / Must Have:
- Proven background in telecoms, managed services, or a closely related MSP environment
- Strong commercial acumen — experience costing and margin-building on complex deals is essential
- Experience managing and growing enterprise accounts (500+ headcount organisations)
- Ability to engage at a senior level and build trusted, long-term client relationships
- Outcome-based or consultative selling approach with demonstrable examples
- Sufficient technical knowledge to identify pain points and solution opportunities
- Experience in public sector, private sector, BPO, or contact centre environments is advantageous

Salary:
- £78,000 base + £8,000 car allowance
- OTE up to £150,000+ (uncapped)
