Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement.
- Manage and progress sales opportunities throughout the sales pipeline.
- Conduct client meetings to understand business needs and objectives.
- Develop tailored solutions that align with customer requirements.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery.
- Achieve individual sales targets and revenue goals.
- Foster long-term customer relationships and promote client satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support and account management.
Skills/Must Have:
- Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
- Organizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple accounts and prioritize tasks.
- Understanding of IT, Network Solutions, and Managed Services to craft customized solutions for clients.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software for tracking sales performance and preparing reports.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a team-centric approach.
- Previous experience in sales or customer success roles is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 5 years sales experience (recommended)
- Fortinet, Cisco, and Palo sales Experience preferred
