Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers
- Drive customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction
- Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Support growth across MSP and Cyber markets
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver strong client outcomes
- Maintain accurate account and pipeline reporting
Skills/Must have:
- 1–3 years’ experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to spot growth opportunities
- Driven, proactive, and keen to learn
- Telco, MSP, or IT services experience is advantageous but not essential
