Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers 
  • Drive customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction 
  • Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities 
  • Support growth across MSP and Cyber markets 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver strong client outcomes 
  • Maintain accurate account and pipeline reporting 


Skills/Must have:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales 
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills 
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to spot growth opportunities 
  • Driven, proactive, and keen to learn 
  • Telco, MSP, or IT services experience is advantageous but not essential
