Responsibilities:
- AI Systems & Product Engineering:
- Design and implement agentic AI systems including multi-agent orchestration, tool integrations, and deployment pipelines
- Build and deploy AI agents for internal operations (service desk triage, onboarding, documentation, alerting)
- Client-facing automation and AI solutions
- Develop productized AI offerings (e.g., AI readiness assessments, automation frameworks)
- Integrate LLMs, RAG architectures, and API-driven tooling into production systems
- Establish monitoring, governance, and continuous improvement frameworks for AI systems
- Define KPIs and measure impact (efficiency gains, cost savings, revenue enablement)
- Cloud Infrastructure & Platform Engineering:
- Architect, deploy, and maintain hybrid infrastructure across on-prem and Azure (IaaS/PaaS)
- Build scalable environments to support AI workloads (compute, networking, storage, security)
- Implement infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM) and automation using PowerShell
- Manage identity, access, and security (Entra ID, RBAC, compliance baselines)
- Design and execute infrastructure projects (migrations, upgrades, DR strategies)
- Monitor performance, optimize capacity, and ensure high availability
- Operations & Support:
- Serve as a technical escalation point for advanced infrastructure and AI-related issues
- Collaborate with GSOC and engineering teams to resolve complex incidents
- Create documentation, runbooks, and architecture diagrams
- Continuously improve tooling, processes, and delivery standards
Skills/Must have:
- 5+ years in AI/ML engineering, cloud infrastructure, or platform engineering
- Hands-on experience building and deploying:
- Agentic AI systems or intelligent automation workflows
- Azure-based infrastructure in production environments
- Strong programming skills (Python) and experience with automation (PowerShell)
- Experience with:
- LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures
- APIs and system integrations
- Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM)
- Deep understanding of:
- Azure (compute, networking, storage)
- Identity & access management (Entra ID, RBAC)
- Security, backup, and disaster recovery
- Ability to connect technical work to business outcomes and ROI
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
