Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the continuous improvement of asset management maturity across a large-scale hyperscale data centre portfolio.
- Lead initiatives to improve asset data quality, governance and lifecycle management, ensuring accurate and reliable engineering information.
- Develop and enhance digital asset management capabilities through the implementation of modern Asset Management Systems (EAM/CMMS), Common Data Environments (CDE) and Asset Information Models (AIM).
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, Construction, BIM and Technology teams to deliver integrated digital engineering solutions.
- Support the development of intelligent asset management strategies by leveraging automation, AI and digital technologies.
- Enhance maintenance management frameworks, supporting standardisation, documentation, technical governance and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to predictive and risk-based maintenance initiatives through proof-of-concepts, pilot programmes and emerging technologies.
- Support long-term asset lifecycle planning, capital investment strategies and strategic asset management initiatives.
- Assist in the development of digital twins, virtual operations capabilities and next-generation asset management platforms.
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, process optimisation and engineering best practices.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience within asset engineering, asset management, maintenance engineering or technical operations in data centres, critical infrastructure, industrial, utilities or similar mission-critical environments.
- Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, maintenance strategies and engineering asset information.
- Experience working with CMMS, EAM or enterprise asset management platforms.
- Exposure to digital engineering technologies such as BIM, Common Data Environments (CDE), Digital Twins or Asset Information Models (AIM) is highly advantageous.
- Passion for leveraging automation, AI and digital technologies to improve engineering and operational performance.
- Strong analytical skills with experience managing engineering data, asset registers and technical documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering, operations, technology and project teams.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for innovation and operational excellence.
