Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of AV projects across multiple locations in the UK and Europe.
  • Develop project scope, build bills of materials, and create delivery plans.
  • Manage and coordinate external AV engineering partners and subcontractors.
  • Ensure all installations meet quality, performance, and budget targets.
  • Work with technologies including QSYS, Extron, QSE, Shure microphones, Logitech, and Sony.
  • Oversee project documentation, timelines, and budgets using Monday.com and Airtable.
  • Liaise with customers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Follow established project methodologies and continuously refine best practices.


Skills / Must Have:

  • Proven experience managing AV projects - either within an MSP or from an enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of AV technologies, design, and integration workflows.
  • Experience managing vendors, subcontractors, and end customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across regions with attention to detail and clear communication.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com or Airtable.
  • Confident in working independently while maintaining strong collaboration with internal teams.


Location:

  • Home-based with travel to client sites (Manchester, London, and across Europe as required)
