The company is currently on the lookout for a Billing Analyst to join its UK Managed Services Finance team, supporting accurate and timely billing for high-value public sector customers. The ideal candidate will manage monthly, quarterly, and annual invoicing, resolve billing queries and outstanding invoices, and liaise closely with customer AP teams as well as internal Orders, Sales, and Customer Service functions. The role also plays a key part in an upcoming transition to a new orders and billing system in early 2027, including testing, data migration, training, and go-live support.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly, quarterly and annual customer invoicing.
  • Ensure invoices are accurate, approved and fully supported.
  • Resolve billing queries, unbilled orders and outstanding invoices.
  • Liaise with customer AP and commercial teams.
  • Support month-end reporting and wider finance activities.
  • Work closely with internal Orders, Sales and Customer Service teams.
  • Support the new billing system implementation, including testing, data migration, training, go-live and dual running.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer billing, invoicing or finance operations.
  • Experience within a high-value, low-volume services environment is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical ability.
  • Good Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems and adapting to changing processes.
  • UK resident and able to obtain the required security clearance.
