Join an owner-operated, multi-disciplinary German engineering consultancy with over 200 employees across seven international offices, known for driving progress in the construction industry through intelligent, lean engineering and sustainable practices, with a deep hyperscale data centre portfolio in the Rhine-Main region.

The organization is currently on the lookout for a Branch Manager to run and grow its Frankfurt business. The ideal candidate will own the branch's commercial performance, bringing in a meaningful share of their own client base while drawing on the group's established relationships, leading project managers and supporting the growth of junior staff. This role suits someone moving from a structural planning and delivery background into running a business, with genuine autonomy over their own branch and P&L.

  • Lead and develop the local Project Manager, setting priorities and quality standards across live projects
  • Act as senior technical and commercial lead on structural planning and delivery for data centre projects
  • Represent the business in the Frankfurt market, including client meetings, industry events and partner relationships
  • Report to group leadership on branch performance, pipeline and resourcing, and contribute to wider business strategy

  • 10–12+ years' experience in structural engineering, with a planning and delivery background on the consulting / services side
  • Proven experience running a P&L, business unit or branch, or a clear track record of bringing in and managing your own clients
