Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships within key enterprise accounts
• Identify new opportunities across Victoria
• Lead customer discovery conversations to understand technical requirements
• Work closely with engineering and solution teams to develop proposals
• Build long term relationships with IT, facilities, operations and business leaders
• Drive sales of project based technology solutions
• Networking and connectivity solutions
• Cyber security and secure infrastructure
•  Wireless technologies
• Smart buildings and connected environments
• Operational Technology (OT) and IoT solutions
• Infrastructure modernisation projects

Skills/Must Have:

• Experience in a Business Development, Account Manager or Client Manager role within technology
• Background selling IT services, infrastructure, networking, cyber security or managed solutions
• Experience within an MSP, Systems Integrator, vendor or technology services environment
• Ability to uncover opportunities and have consultative conversations with customers
• Confidence engaging with technical stakeholders and senior decision makers
• A genuine interest in understanding technology and customer outcomes
