The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, engaging customers in a consultative sales environment, and working closely with technical and delivery teams to create tailored solutions that deliver long-term value.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across IT services, cloud, cybersecurity, unified communications, and managed services
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client pain points, business goals, and technology requirements
  • Present tailored proposals and lead commercial negotiations through to close
  • Work collaboratively with pre-sales, solutions architects, and delivery teams to ensure successful solution design and onboarding
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene
  • Develop long-term trusted advisor relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technology opportunities


Skills/Must Have:

  • Proven success in B2B technology sales / new business development
  • Experience selling IT managed services, cloud, telecoms, or cybersecurity solutions
  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to generate and close net new opportunities
  • Established network within SME / mid-market / enterprise environments is highly regarded
  • Strong commercial acumen and consultative sales approach
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
