Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across target industries (financial services, professional services, healthcare, retail)
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: outreach, discovery, pitching our client's product suite, negotiation, and close
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities, hitting monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Work closely with the technical and consulting teams to scope client needs and tailor solutions
- Represent our client's at industry events, forums, and networking opportunities to build brand presence
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM
- Build long-term client relationships that support upsell/cross-sell across our client's product range
Skills/Must Have:
- 3–7 years' B2B business development or sales experience, with a track record of hitting/exceeding targets
- Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise clients
- Strong consultative selling ability, comfortable discussing risk, compliance, or technical concepts with non-technical stakeholders
- Confident running full-cycle sales independently (hunter mentality, not just account management)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Desirable Skills:
- Experience selling cybersecurity, GRC, SaaS, or insurance-adjacent products
- Existing network within financial services, professional services, healthcare, or retail sectors
- Familiarity with cyber risk/compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, Essentials 8, etc.) not required but a strong plus
