Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure solutions across routing & switching, security, wireless, and data center technologies
• Participate in both pre-sales discovery/solution architecture and post-sales deployment activities
• Serve as a technical lead during customer engagements, workshops, and implementation projects
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking and security issues within enterprise environments
• Collaborate closely with customers, internal architects, engineering teams, and leadership
• Provide technical guidance and best practices around Cisco-centric infrastructure solutions
• Support multi-vendor environments including Cisco, Palo Alto, Arista, Juniper, and HPE technologies
• Contribute to infrastructure modernization initiatives involving cloud, automation, and AI-adjacent technologies
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication, professionalism, and technical credibility
