Responsibilities:

  • Lead Engineering, Construction, and PMO functions.
  • Develop and execute FTTH growth strategy.
  • Scale deployment operations and delivery processes.
  • Manage capital projects, vendors, and budgets.
  • Build reporting, governance, and accountability frameworks.
  • Present plans and performance to executive leadership and investors.


Required Skills/Qualifications: 

  • Leadership experience within FTTH, broadband, or ISP environments.
  • Proven success scaling fiber deployment programs.
  • Strong understanding of engineering, construction, and PMO functions.
  • Experience leading large infrastructure teams and projects.
  • Ability to communicate strategy to executive and investor audiences.


Ideal Background: 

  • Experience scaling FTTH deployments from tens of thousands of homes passed to large-scale network rollouts
  • Proven ability to implement operational structures and processes that support sustained growth and expansion
  • Strong background in managing the successful delivery of high-volume fibre deployment programmes
