Responsibilities:

  • Implement Azure infrastructure solutions based on architectural designs and translate cloud blueprints into technical deployments. 
  • Drive Infrastructure as Code and automation standards across the Azure estate using modern tooling and CI/CD pipelines. 
  • Build, maintain, and optimise Azure DevOps pipelines and release processes. 
  • Support the design and optimisation of secure, scalable, and high-performing Azure environments. 
  • Manage Azure networking, security, governance, and hybrid identity services across the platform. 
  • Work closely with architecture and engineering teams to deliver cloud projects, improve standards, and ensure ongoing operational excellence.


Skills/Must have:

  • Strong hands-on Azure infrastructure engineering experience across enterprise environments. 
  • Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code using Bicep, ARM Templates, or Terraform. 
  • Strong Azure DevOps pipeline and CI/CD experience using YAML. Solid Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD and hybrid identity expertise. 
  • Good knowledge of Azure networking and security including NSGs, VPNs, WAF, Application Gateway, Private Endpoints, and DNS. 
  • Experience implementing Azure governance controls such as Landing Zones, Azure Policy, and tagging. 
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and best practices across Azure environments.
