Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the local go-to-market strategy across your country
  • Own revenue growth, pipeline generation, and forecasting
  • Drive new business across enterprise, telecom, industry, network, and neocloud customers
  • Generate brand awareness through direct outreach, marketing collaboration, and industry presence
  • Act as the in-country face of the business at events and within the ecosystem
  • Develop both direct and indirect sales channels, particularly via system integrators
  • Build relationships with integrators, MSPs, and consultants (50/50 focus on end users vs partners)
  • Lead complex, multi-year colocation and infrastructure deals
  • Position solutions including high-density environments and future AI/HPC workloads
  • Collaborate with central sales teams who can support cross-border opportunities
  • Lay the groundwork for future team growth

Skills/Must have:

  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to build pipeline from scratch
  • Experience combining sales and market development / brand building
  • Deep understanding of data center, colocation and telecom sector
  • Ability to sell both directly and via system integrator / partner ecosystems
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills with experience in complex deals
  • Comfortable operating autonomously without immediate team support
  • Strong network across enterprise, telco, or infrastructure buyers
  • Understanding of high-density environments (AI/HPC exposure a plus)
  • Experience in market build-up or early-stage growth environments
  • Fluent English + local language (French, Dutch, German)
