The role focuses on analysing commercial data, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and improving the efficiency of analysis processes across customer environments.

Responsibilities:

• ­Complete accurate and timely bill validation for technology services
• Build and refresh monthly bill trend reporting through Excel and Power BI
• ­Pro-active mindset to investigate any variances with supporting commentary
• Manage supplier and customer queries to resolution
• Keep accurate data for inventories and queries
• ­Track against team KPIs to ensure service targets are being met
• Support the wider team with training and best practice
• Bring your expertise and ideas on how TNC can work more efficiently as a team on the analytical
• services we deliver
• ­Play a supporting role in the setup of FinOps processes

Skills/Must Have:

• Strong Data analytical Excel and Power BI skills
• ­O365 including Outlook, Teams, advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
• ­Ideally have previous experience with Network or Tech related bill validation / management
• FinOps processes, methodology and experience of Azure, AWS and GCS

Salary:

• £35,000 Basic Salary Per Annum + £5,000 OTE
