The Community Development Manager will specialise in Private Road and Gated Community Fibre Sales, managing a portfolio of accounts to drive long-term growth and success. The role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships, understanding individual business needs, generating new opportunities through existing and prospective networks, resolving issues with timely solutions, and overseeing account representatives. Success in this position requires a proactive approach and a strong drive to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying private roads and gated communities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the organisation and the private communities it serves.
- Support the negotiation and execution of agreements to gain access to private property for fibre installation alongside existing utilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners' associations (HOAs), property managers, and other key stakeholders.
- Coordinate outreach initiatives to promote the benefits of fibre technology and services within local communities.
- Act as the liaison for community enquiries, concerns, and feedback relating to operations.
- Organise and attend community events, meetings, and workshops to engage with residents and address their needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure community feedback is incorporated into decision-making processes.
- Monitor and report on community sentiment and perceptions.
Required Skills/Qualifications
- Experience with contract negotiations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local communities and their unique needs and challenges.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in community engagement or outreach is preferred.
- Experience working with homeowners' associations (HOAs) and property management groups.
- Knowledge of rights-of-way and easements.
