The company is looking for a Community Development Manager to support Private Road and Gated Community Fiber Sales. The role focuses on managing client relationships, driving new business opportunities, supporting customer needs, and overseeing account representatives while consistently achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying private roads and gated communities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Company and the private communities we serve
  • Understanding and executing agreements to enter private property to place fiber alongside other utilities
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with community members (hoa’s), property managers and other stakeholders
  • Coordinate outreach efforts to promote the benefits of fiber technology and services to the community
  • Act as a liaison for any community concerns or feedback related to  operations
  • Organize and attend community events, meetings, and workshops to engage with residents and address their needs
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure that community feedback is incorporated into decision-making processes
  • Monitor and report on community sentiment and perceptions 


Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Contract negotiations 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the local community and its unique needs and challenges
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in community engagement or outreach is preferred
  • Experience in dealing with Hoa’s and property management groups
  • Knowledge about right-of-way’s and easement’s


Salary:

  • $35 Per Hour + Commission
