Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee OSP fiber construction activities throughout the market
• Inspect aerial and underground fiber construction performed by internal and contractor crews
• Monitor construction progress, workmanship, materials, and adherence to approved designs
• Ensure construction activities meet company, industry, municipal, and safety standards
• Identify construction deficiencies and coordinate corrective actions with field teams and contractors
• Review construction plans, drawings, permits, and project specifications
• Coordinate with construction managers, project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Track project progress and provide regular updates regarding construction activities and issues
• Verify completed work and ensure accurate documentation and closeout
• Help maintain consistent construction quality and field standards across the market
• Support the identification and resolution of OSP construction issues in the field

Skills/Must Have:

• 2+ years of management and hands-on field experience in OSP construction
• Experience inspecting fiber optic construction crews and projects
• Strong understanding of aerial and underground fiber construction methods
• Experience with FTTH/OSP fiber deployments
• Ability to read and interpret OSP construction plans, drawings, and specifications
• Strong knowledge of construction quality and safety practices
• Experience working with contractors and field construction teams
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to identify construction issues and drive them to resolution
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the assigned market
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather and field conditions

Salary:

• $85,000 - $95,000
