Responsibilities:
- Support the Technical Facility Manager to keep data center operations running smoothly
- Monitor and maintain security, cooling, and electrical installations with high redundancy
Perform technical maintenance:
- Light construction-related tasks
- Cooling systems (air, chilled water)
- Electrical systems (main/backup, UPS, power supply, pumps)
- Control and measurement systems (temperature, pressure, RPM, etc.)
- Oversee and guide external contractors for specialized maintenance
- Ensure operational safety and cleanliness in high-value environments
- Participate in on-call duties, diagnose issues, and ensure swift resolution
Skills/Must have:
- MBO level of thinking and working, preferably with an Electrotechnical background (minimum STIPEL certified)
- Strong knowledge of both electrical and mechanical (E & W) installations
- Practical, hands-on mentality with the ability to work independently
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- Valid driving license (B) and access to your own transport
- Comfortable working in on-call rotations and interpreting technical faults
- Pre: VCA VOL, CDCP, or CDCS certifications
- You must not have electronic implants due to work near transformers and generators
