Data Center Deployment Engineer - Neocloud Provider

You will be responsible for deploying and commissioning high-density GPU clusters and InfiniBand fabrics across new AI data centre locations, helping bring critical infrastructure online at scale.

Working closely with infrastructure, networking and operations teams, you will support the delivery of large-scale AI environments, troubleshoot deployment issues and ensure platforms are operational, stable and ready for production.

Responsibilities:

• Deploy and commission GPU clusters across new AI data centre locations globally
• Rack, stack, cable and configure high-density server environments and InfiniBand fabrics
• Troubleshoot hardware, firmware and fabric-related issues during deployment and commissioning phases
• Bring GPU clusters and InfiniBand networks into production while validating performance, reliability and stability
• Collaborate closely with infrastructure, networking and operations teams during go-live activities
• Support the successful delivery of large-scale AI infrastructure projects across multiple regions

Required Skills & Experience: 

• Proven experience deploying and commissioning server infrastructure within production environments
• Strong hands-on experience with InfiniBand fabrics, including troubleshooting connectivity, degraded links and fabric-level issues
• Experience deploying GPU-based infrastructure such as NVIDIA DGX, HGX or similar high-performance platforms
• Solid understanding of high-density power, cooling and data centre operational requirements
• Ability to work effectively within fast-paced, high-pressure deployment environments
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally for extended deployment projects
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a practical, hands-on approach
