Responsibilities:

• Deploy, maintain, and support servers, network hardware, and cabling within high-performance trading data centers.
• Perform racking and stacking, structured cabling, and physical infrastructure management.
• Collaborate closely with network and systems engineers to ensure ultra-low-latency performance.
• Support Linux-based systems and automation of operational workflows.
• Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues in mission-critical environments.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data center operations and infrastructure scalability.
• Maintain accurate inventory and documentation of all data center assets.
• Ensure adherence to best practices for security, uptime, and redundancy.

Skills / Must Have:

• 3+ years’ experience in a data center engineering or infrastructure operations role.
• Background in financial trading environments or hyperscalers (preferred).
• Proven expertise in racking and stacking, structured cabling, and network infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of Linux systems administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting low-latency networking or high-performance compute environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a calm, methodical approach under pressure.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Salary:

• $80,000 – $180,000 per annum (dependent on experience and background)
