An early-career Data Center Engineer role is available to support a live site project. The position involves assisting with quality checks, inspections, commissioning, and coordination with electrical and commissioning teams, while gaining practical experience in testing, documentation, and critical data center infrastructure systems.

Responsibilities:
- Attend and contribute to daily QA/QC meetings
- Coordinate inspections and testing schedules with internal and external teams
- Support LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures and compliance
- Assist in the development of MOPs (Methods of Procedure)
- Coordinate energization schedules across project stakeholders
- Review, upload, and manage QA/QC and commissioning documentation in Procore
- Handle documentation including inspection reports, torque/megger sheets, NETA reports, and site testing reports
- Perform audits and spot-checks on equipment during delivery and installation
- Track, manage, and close out project issues with subcontractors
- Maintain clear communication across site teams to ensure timely delivery
Skills/Must have:
- 0–2 years’ experience in data center, construction, or technical support environment
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Experience with QA/QC processes, documentation, or commissioning support
- Understanding of electrical systems within critical environments (UPS, switchgear, etc.)
- Familiarity with LOTO procedures and site safety standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams
- Self-starter with the ability to manage tasks independently
Desirable Skills:
- Exposure to commissioning (Cx Level 1–5)
- Experience using Procore or similar project management tools
- Electrical qualifications (e.g. 18th Edition or equivalent)
- Background in electrical engineering or related field
