Join an established data center developer and operator delivering large-scale critical infrastructure projects across Spain. As a Planning Manager, you will coordinate the planning lifecycle across multiple developments, working closely with teams spanning energy, design, civils, construction and operations to ensure projects progress efficiently from development through to operational readiness.

Responsibilities:
- Manage strategic planning programmes across multiple developments
- Define phases, milestones, dependencies and critical paths
- Monitor progress across permitting, design, utilities, construction, operational readiness
- Collaborate with energy, civils, design, construction and operations teams
- Support planning for substations, electrical infrastructure and utility connections
- Identify deviations and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate permitting/approvals with authorities, contractors, stakeholders
- Support contract planning and coordination
- Report planning progress to senior leadership
- Ensure cross-department alignment
Skills/Must Have:
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills
- Experience managing complex project schedules across multiple workstreams
- Broad understanding of infrastructure and development project lifecycles
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
- Process-driven approach with strong attention to detail
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture or a related technical discipline
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in planning, project controls or project management
- Previous experience within infrastructure, construction, energy or data centre projects
- Understanding of permitting, utility coordination and development processes
- Fluent Spanish with B2 level English
