This opportunity is for a Planning Manager to support the strategic planning and delivery of large-scale data center projects across Spain. Working closely with the PMO and cross-functional teams, the role oversees the planning lifecycle from land readiness and permitting through to construction and operational readiness, ensuring projects progress efficiently across complex stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee strategic planning programs for data center developments
- Define project phases, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths across multiple projects
- Monitor development progress across permitting, design, utility connections, construction, and operational readiness
- Coordinate closely with internal teams including energy, civils, design, construction, and operations
- Support planning activities related to substations, electrical infrastructure, and utility connections
- Track project deviations and implement corrective actions where required
- Oversee permitting and administrative approval processes with local authorities, contractors, and external stakeholders
- Support contract-related planning and project coordination activities
- Prepare planning updates and progress reports for senior leadership teams
- Ensure alignment between all departments throughout the full project lifecycle
Skills/Must Have:
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage complex project timelines across multiple workstreams
- Global understanding of infrastructure and development processes
- Proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
- Process-driven approach with strong attention to detail
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience within planning, project controls, or project management environments
- Previous experience within infrastructure, construction, energy, or data center projects
- Understanding of permitting, utility coordination, and development processes
- Fluent Spanish & B2 English
