Responsibilities:

• Build clear operating procedures and quality processes.
• Support commissioning and the handover into live operations.
• Use performance data, audits and incident reviews to spot problems and drive improvements.
• Keep documentation, reporting and regulatory controls accurate and up to date.

Skills/Must Have:

• Experience in quality engineering, operational excellence or compliance.
• Experience in a critical or regulated environment, such as data centres, energy, utilities, telecoms or industrial facilities.
• Strong English and at least intermediate (B1) Finnish.

Salary:

• Up to €90.000 + bonus
