Key Responsibilities:

• Security Management: Implement security measures, monitor access, oversee surveillance, and prevent unauthorized entry.
• Safety Operations: Advise on safety matters, run training programs, execute emergency drills, and manage safety systems.
• Emergency Planning & Compliance: Develop and update evacuation and emergency response plans, conduct risk assessments, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and external emergency services to maintain operational continuity.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 5+ years in security management within data centres or industrial environments
• Knowledge of access control, video surveillance, and fire safety systems
• Security Officer/Guard license required; relevant degree or vocational qualification preferred
• Proactive, organized, and calm under pressure
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills; able to build relationships with teams and stakeholders
• Fluent in English and Finnish

Salary:

• Up to 150,000 euros
