Responsibilities:

• Lead L1, L2, Infrastructure and Field Network Engineering teams supporting critical data centre operations.
• Ensure the availability and reliability of GPU clusters, servers and network infrastructure.
• Act as the senior technical escalation point for hardware, network and operational incidents.
• Own SLA, KPI and incident management, driving continuous improvements across the support function.
• Oversee preventative maintenance, hardware lifecycle management and vendor RMAs.
• Work closely with infrastructure teams, vendors and colocation partners to improve operational performance, processes and documentation.

Skills/Must Have:

• Experience managing technical support teams within a data centre or other mission-critical environment.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise server hardware, GPU infrastructure, fibre connectivity and networking.
• Experience troubleshooting complex hardware and infrastructure issues.
• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes, incident management and operational best practices.
• Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, asset lifecycle and RMA processes.
• Basic Linux/Unix command line knowledge.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
