Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain server, GPU, and network hardware, including racking, stacking, and cabling
  • Manage equipment moves, site changes, and decommissioning activities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and connectivity issues across critical systems
  • Replace faulty components such as drives, RAM, power supplies, and GPUs
  • Monitor system configuration, performance, and environmental conditions including cooling, power, and security
  • Maintain structured, well-documented cable infrastructure
  • Respond to and manage incident tickets within defined SLAs


Skills/Must Have:

  • Proven experience in data center operations or similar environments, with a minimum of 2 years in AI data center environments
  • Solid knowledge of server hardware, networking, and infrastructure systems
  • Confident in hardware troubleshooting and component-level repairs
  • Comfortable working with ticketing systems and structured operational processes
  • Physically able to handle heavy equipment
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
