Responsibilities:
- Maintain and operate all critical facility systems to ensure 100% uptime
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across electrical and mechanical infrastructure
- Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on systems including UPS, ATS, generators, switchgear, CRAC/CRAH units, and chillers
- Manage and close work orders and customer tickets via CMMS (Corrigo preferred)
- Record system readings and make real-time operational adjustments
- Support incident response and follow escalation procedures
- Work closely with vendors and internal teams on maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and handling of hazardous materials
- Maintain a clean, safe, and audit-ready environment
Skills/Must have:
- 2+ years experience within a data center or critical facility environment
- Strong experience on either electrical OR mechanical (MEP) systems
- Hands-on knowledge of systems such as UPS, ATS, switchgear, chillers, CRAC/CRAH
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve live system issues
- Experience working with CMMS platforms (Corrigo preferred)
- Comfortable working night shifts and responding to site incidents
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a high-pressure environment
