We are partnered with a well-established technology solutions organization that is looking to bring on a Regional Director of Sales to lead its Southwest territory, covering Arizona, Nevada, and surrounding markets. This is a strategic leadership opportunity focused on driving revenue growth, expanding regional market presence, and building and mentoring a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow sales across the Southwest region.
- Coach and manage a sales team to hit revenue and profit goals.
- Serve as a hands-on Account Executive until the region is fully established.
- Sell a broad range of IT solutions including cloud, managed services, cybersecurity, and networking.
- Work with major technology partners such as Cisco, Microsoft, Dell, VMware, and Palo Alto.
- Hire, onboard, and develop strong regional sales talent.
- Manage pipeline, forecasts, and regional sales targets.
- Build trusted relationships with mid-market and enterprise customers, including executives.
- Grow partner relationships within VAR and MSP networks.
- Align sales efforts with overall business goals.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements.
- Create sales playbooks and coach reps to grow their accounts.
- Partner with marketing and vendors on regional campaigns and events.
Skills/Must have:
- 10+ years in tech sales, with 5+ years leading and developing remote teams.
- Experience working in VAR, MSP, or Systems Integrator environments.
- Familiar with recurring revenue models like managed services, NaaS, and XaaS.
- Knowledge of modern IT solutions including cloud, cybersecurity, SASE, and SD-WAN.
- Proven ability to exceed sales goals and drive strong revenue growth.
- Experience selling into industries such as healthcare, finance, education, or manufacturing is a plus.
- Background in regional marketing and partner-led events to build pipeline and brand awareness.
