Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity?

Join a high-growth cloud infrastructure platform that automates Kubernetes, GPU, and AI infrastructure to help organisations deploy and manage cloud-native applications at scale. The organisation partners with leading technology providers and delivers enterprise-grade platforms supporting AI, multi-cloud, and modern infrastructure environments.

This opportunity is for a Director of Technical Programme Management to lead strategic enterprise deployments across the EMEA region. Combining technical leadership with programme delivery, the role involves overseeing complex Kubernetes, GPU, and cloud infrastructure projects, collaborating with engineering teams and senior stakeholders, and driving the successful delivery of large-scale AI and cloud-native transformation programmes.

Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity and apply today!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and govern strategic enterprise customer implementations of the Kubernetes and GPU PaaS platform across the EMEA region, managing multiple concurrent high-visibility programmes.
  • Serve as the primary technical programme authority for large-scale onboarding, infrastructure modernisation, cloud migration, and platform adoption engagements.
  • Partner directly with customer engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, and executive stakeholders to define scope, align on priorities, and drive successful delivery outcomes.
  • Facilitate customer discovery workshops, architecture reviews, technical planning sessions, and implementation governance cadences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams to remove execution blockers and align delivery priorities.
  • Own programme risk management, dependency tracking, escalation handling, and executive-level status communication throughout the full delivery lifecycle.
  • Provide technical leadership and advisory guidance across Kubernetes, GPU infrastructure, cloud-native architectures, AI/ML platform deployments, CI/CD, GitOps, FinOps, and Observability tooling.
  • Establish scalable delivery processes, implementation methodologies, and programme governance frameworks that support the growth of the EMEA customer delivery organisation.
  • Mentor and develop TPMs, solutions architects, and technical delivery resources, contributing to the maturation of the wider delivery function.
  • Drive accountability across internal and customer-side teams to ensure projects land on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of senior stakeholders.

Skills / Must Have:

  • Experience: 10+ years in technical programme management, cloud infrastructure delivery, or enterprise software implementation; with at least 5 years leading complex, customer-facing deployments at Director level or equivalent seniority.
  • Core Tech / Domain: Deep, hands-on expertise in Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD advantageous), containerisation, GPU/AI workloads, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Must be comfortable engaging in architecture discussions, not merely overseeing them.
  • Methodology / Protocols: Proven experience delivering multi-stakeholder enterprise programmes involving cloud-native migrations, infrastructure modernisation, and AI/ML platform rollouts. Strong grounding in programme governance frameworks, risk management, and dependency management across concurrent engagements.
  • Soft Skills: Executive-level communicator with the gravitas to influence customer C-suite and engineering leadership simultaneously. Must possess a constructive pushback mindset — able to hold scope, manage expectations, and escalate with clarity. Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.

Desirable Skills:

  • Active certifications: PMP, AWS Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional), CKA, or CKAD.
  • Familiarity with GPU orchestration technologies, SLURM, or AI inference infrastructure (NVIDIA NIM, model serving frameworks).
  • Exposure to sovereign cloud or neocloud delivery models.
  • Prior experience working with or for CNCF-affiliated vendors or Kubernetes-native ISVs.
  • Background in FinOps, DevSecOps toolchain integration, or multi-tenant platform delivery.

Benefits:

  • Fully remote role across the EMEA region with flexible working arrangements.
  • Competitive base salary with performance-related bonus structure.
  • Equity participation in a high-growth, venture-backed technology company.
  • Access to training allowances and professional certification support (cloud, Kubernetes, programme management).
  • Opportunity to operate within a globally recognised, NVIDIA-partnered ecosystem.
  • (Full benefits package to be confirmed at offer stage, candidates should clarify specifics during process.)

Salary:

  • £140-160k base (some flex, maybe 170k max) + performance bonus + equity.
