Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in line with stakeholder expectations
- Manage full project lifecycle from planning through to execution and closeout
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting
- Monitor project progress, risks, and performance, reporting to senior management
- Manage procurement activities with a focus on cost efficiency
- Coordinate electrical design, installation, and construction activities
- Attend site meetings and oversee construction progress and schedule adherence
- Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and regulatory standards
- Manage change control processes and prevent scope creep
- Conduct project closeout activities including reporting and lessons learned
Skills/Must Have:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within electrical infrastructure projects
- Strong electrical background (e.g. panels, distribution, substations, lighting, power systems)
- Experience delivering data centre or mission-critical projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, and resource management
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple stakeholders
- Fluent English (mandatory) and German (preferred)
- Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-volume project environments
