This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Electrical Project Manager looking to take ownership of large-scale data centre projects. The role involves managing electrical scopes across the full project lifecycle, with the opportunity to work on multiple live projects, gain long-term project exposure, and contribute to the delivery of critical infrastructure developments.

Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in line with stakeholder expectations
  • Manage full project lifecycle from planning through to execution and closeout
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
  • Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and performance, reporting to senior management
  • Manage procurement activities with a focus on cost efficiency
  • Coordinate electrical design, installation, and construction activities
  • Attend site meetings and oversee construction progress and schedule adherence
  • Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Manage change control processes and prevent scope creep
  • Conduct project closeout activities including reporting and lessons learned


Skills/Must Have:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within electrical infrastructure projects
  • Strong electrical background (e.g. panels, distribution, substations, lighting, power systems)
  • Experience delivering data centre or mission-critical projects preferred
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, and resource management
  • Experience managing subcontractors and multiple stakeholders
  • Fluent English (mandatory) and German (preferred)
  • Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-volume project environments
