The consulting firm is seeking EUC Rollout Engineers with Security Clearance (SC) or eligibility to obtain clearance to support enterprise end-user device rollout activities across Wokingham and Warwick. This is a customer-facing role focused on end-user support, device deployment, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on technical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a positive and professional support experience for end users
  • Build trust and strong working relationships with corporate users
  • Support rollout, deployment, setup, and maintenance of end-user devices
  • Provide support for desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and associated hardware
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and system issues
  • Respond promptly to user requests and ensure rapid service restoration
  • Troubleshoot both onsite and remote user issues using remote support tools
  • Escalate complex incidents appropriately while maintaining ownership through resolution
  • Perform root cause analysis and identify recurring issue trends
  • Maintain accurate documentation and update ticketing systems consistently
  • Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure service continuity
  • Support administrative activities including equipment scheduling and logistics
  • Ensure compliance with service desk procedures and KPIs
  • Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment


Essential Skills & Experience:

  • SC Cleared or eligible for SC Clearance
  • Experience supporting desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral environments
  • Previous experience within an IT support, helpdesk, service desk, or rollout environment
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
  • Knowledge of end-user devices and workplace technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer-facing experience with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet SLA/KPI targets
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills
  • Good multitasking and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and office tools
  • Experience with ticketing systems and documentation practices
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams


Desirable Skills:

  • Prior device rollout or migration project experience
  • Experience supporting enterprise users within large environments
  • Familiarity with remote monitoring and management tools
  • Experience working in customer-facing environments


Contract Details:

  • Location: Wokingham and Warwick, UK
  • Employment Type: Contract (6 months)
  • Working Model: Onsite - 5 days per week
  • Open Positions: 4 (2 in Wokingham, 2 in Warwick)


Salary: 

  • £220 per day
