The organization is currently on the lookout for a Facility Project Manager to take ownership of facility-related projects across a live data centre portfolio. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to keep critical infrastructure running smoothly and delivered on time, with real ownership over asset planning, project budgets, and technical building management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage facility-related projects across the data centre portfolio, from planning through to delivery
  • Oversee asset management and lifecycle/CAPEX planning for technical infrastructure
  • Coordinate technical building management activities, ensuring alignment with operational requirements
  • Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and risk management throughout project lifecycles
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely, compliant project delivery
  • Support asset planning and reporting, including data-driven decision making
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of facility management processes and standards
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all managed projects


Skills/Must have:

  • Proven experience in a Facility Project Manager or similar role within data centre or critical infrastructure environments
  • Strong background in asset and planning management, including lifecycle and CAPEX planning
  • Experience coordinating technical building management, including MEP systems
  • Confident managing project budgets, controlling, and risk management
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable liaising with internal teams, contractors, and vendors
  • Fluent English and German 
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Frankfurt
