Responsibilities:

  • This is a broad, hands-on role combining facilities, maintenance, and operational support:
  • Maintaining cleanliness and presentation across offices, common areas, and data center entry points
  • Managing janitorial and custodial duties (cleaning, waste management, restocking supplies, etc.)
  • Carrying out basic building maintenance (lighting, plumbing fixes, painting, minor repairs)
  • Supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory management on-site
  • Assisting with office setups, moves, and workspace configurations
  • Maintaining external areas (grounds, parking lots, walkways, seasonal upkeep)
  • Supporting engineers with basic infrastructure tasks (e.g. cabling, equipment handling)
  • Maintaining safety standards and ensuring compliance across the site


Requirements:

  • 2+ years in facilities, maintenance, or custodial roles
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or general building maintenance
  • Comfortable using tools and maintenance equipment (power tools, floor cleaners, etc.)
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently
  • Organised and proactive mindset
  • Comfortable working in a secure, access-controlled environment
  • Valid driver’s license


Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in a data center, hospital, or other critical environment
  • OSHA certification
  • Familiarity with maintenance/work order systems


Working hours:

  • 2nd shift: 3PM – Midnight
