The organization is currently on the lookout for a Field Engineer to support the launch and operation of data centre sites in Israel, including sites still under construction. The ideal candidate will combine technical infrastructure knowledge with contractor coordination and day-to-day delivery oversight, taking broad ownership across technical delivery, vendors, contractors, and site operations, working closely with teams and leadership across EMEA.

Responsibilities:

• Support data center launch, deployment, commissioning, and operational-readiness activity
• Work hands-on with infrastructure, hardware, rack/stack, cabling, fibre, testing, and fault finding
• Coordinate contractors and vendors on-site, ensuring materials, information, and access for upcoming work
• Track delivery against plans, review completed work, and monitor quality control
• Identify blockers, risks, and issues; escalate where required
• Conduct or support site surveys, technical walkthroughs, and infrastructure checks
• Act as the link between the data center, construction partners, contractors, and wider stakeholders
• Support planning and process coordination, with more ownership than a task-based technician role
• Travel between sites in Israel as projects require

Skills/Must Have:

• Strong hands-on background in physical data center infrastructure
• Experience within data center environments, deployment, construction, commissioning, or operations
• Exposure to rack/stack operations, hardware, structured cabling, fibre, testing, or fault finding
• Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, or site-based delivery teams
• Ability to manage processes, track progress, and take ownership of delivery activities
• More than a junior technician profile, project exposure, leadership potential, or workstream coordination experience
• Fluent English
• Israeli citizen/local candidate; relocation not available
• Open to daily travel between sites

Salary:

• €80,000 - Competitive salary based on experience and seniority
