This company is looking for an experienced Field Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot fiber, Ethernet, and wireless network infrastructure across residential and commercial environments. Responsibilities:

• Install and terminate Cat5/Cat6 cabling
• Splice, terminate, and troubleshoot fiber
• Install and configure wireless access points
• Configure routers, switches, and network equipment
• Deploy and align PTP/PTMP wireless radios
• Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues
• Test and document completed installations
• Maintain clean, professional network installations

Skills/Must Have:

• 5+ years low-voltage/telecom experience
• Strong Cat5/Cat6 installation and termination
• Fiber splicing and troubleshooting experience
• Wireless networking experience
• Router and switch configuration knowledge
• PTP/PTMP wireless radio experience
• Strong independent troubleshooting ability
• Comfortable working on rooftops and ladders
• Ubiquiti, MikroTik or Siklu highly desirable
