Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end provisioning of bare metal machines, imaging, configuration, and bring-online processes
• Manage the full hardware lifecycle: deployment, upgrades, maintenance windows, and decommissioning/RMA
• Build and maintain fleet health monitoring, uptime tracking, diagnostics, and automated alerting for hardware failures
• Develop tooling to automate provisioning and lifecycle workflows at scale (reducing manual touch per machine)
• Partner with infrastructure and platform teams to ensure fleet capacity matches demand for single-device workloads
• Troubleshoot hardware-level issues in a fast-moving, dedicated (non-virtualized) hardware environment
• Establish runbooks and processes for fleet operations as headcount and fleet size scale

Skills/Must Have:

• Hands-on bare metal provisioning experience (imaging, deployment, bring-online) at scale
• Hardware lifecycle/RMA process ownership, diagnostics, maintenance, decommissioning
• Experience building or operating fleet health monitoring (uptime, alerting, diagnostics)
