The consulting firm has partnered with a major Australian enterprise to recruit a Full Stack Developer for a high-performing engineering team. The role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting cloud-native applications in a Microsoft Azure environment, working across the full software development lifecycle to build scalable web applications, backend services, and secure APIs in collaboration with product, engineering, and business teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain full stack applications using C#, ASP.NET Core and Vue.js
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and backend services
• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using Vue.js and TypeScript
• Work with relational databases to design and optimise data models and queries
• Contribute to cloud-native application development within Microsoft Azure
• Support the integration and management of APIs through Azure API Management (APIM)
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver new functionality
• Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews and development best practices
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
• Troubleshoot, optimise and enhance existing applications and services
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable and maintainable

Skills/Must Have:

• Commercial experience developing applications using C# and ASP.NET Core
• Experience building modern web applications using Vue.js, React or Angular
• Strong understanding of JavaScript and/or TypeScript
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs
• Experience working with SQL Server or other relational databases
• Understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns and clean coding practices
• Experience working within Agile development environments
