Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of convention center connectivity services across assigned venues
- Lead multi-site operational teams through event planning, execution, and post-event reviews
- Oversee order management, network changes, and service delivery performance
- Partner with Network Operations to ensure network availability and reliability
- Support sales activities including training, proposals, and offer development
- Serve as the executive escalation point for convention organizers and customers
- Drive service improvements, operational standards, and incident management processes
- Manage relationships with convention centers, exhibitors, vendors, and key stakeholders
- Own P&L performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability
Skills/Must Have:
- 12+ years of experience within wireless technology, networking, or convention services environments
- Strong understanding of Wi-Fi and wired IP networking solutions
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, mission-critical service delivery operations
- Proven leadership experience managing teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience balancing service quality, operational risk, and financial performance
