Join a fast-growing AI infrastructure company building large-scale GPU infrastructure across EMEA.

As Hardware Deployment Engineering Team Lead, you'll lead the EMEA deployment team while staying hands-on with hardware bring-up, testing and troubleshooting. You'll have real ownership across people, technical delivery and resource planning, while helping shape how the function scales.

You'll also drive better deployment processes, automation and tooling, with direct involvement in new data centre launches across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the EMEA Deployment Engineering team, owning performance, hiring, technical development and day-to-day priorities
  • Own capacity and resource planning across multiple data centre deployments, ensuring the right engineering expertise is available at each stage
  • Lead hardware bring-up, testing, validation and acceptance across GPU, compute and storage infrastructure
  • Drive complex hardware, firmware and Linux troubleshooting, working with R&D, Operations, ODMs and vendors through to root cause
  • Build repeatable deployment processes, testing standards and automation while feeding deployment learnings back into hardware, tooling and operational handover

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with server hardware, data centre infrastructure or large-scale systems deployment
  • Previous experience leading engineers through formal people management or senior technical/team leadership
  • Strong resource and capacity planning experience across multiple concurrent infrastructure projects
  • Hands-on troubleshooting experience across server hardware, Linux, firmware or large-scale infrastructure environments
  • Strong problem-solving and ownership skills, with experience driving complex technical issues through to resolution
