Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of 6–8 engineers and testers
- Own delivery of the engineering roadmap end-to-end
- Drive best practice across architecture, CI/CD, and release management
- Embed AI-powered tooling into engineering workflows to improve velocity and quality
- Collaborate closely with Product, Support, and executive leadership
- Oversee integrations with third-party systems (e.g. accounting, CRM)
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading engineering teams within a SaaS or product environment
- Strong hands-on technical background, particularly within Azure ecosystems
- Track record of delivering frequent, reliable production releases
- Experience driving engineering standards, performance, and team capability
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including C-level interaction
- Exposure to business management software domains is advantageous
