This is a broad remit, closer to a chief innovation style position than a narrow AI-focused role, covering product positioning, delivery strategy, partner strategy, and prioritisation across the business's offerings. The successful hire will work closely with leadership to professionalise how the company shapes, delivers, and communicates its product strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Write and own strategic decks that articulate product positioning and direction
• Define how solutions are delivered across the business's offerings
• Own decision making on which partners the business works with
• Bring structure and consistency to product prioritisation across multiple offerings
• Support thought leadership and market positioning, reducing the burden on senior leadership
• Identify and address product lines that are currently underprioritised in new business

Skills/Must have:

• Experience: Senior product or strategy professional, ideally at Head of Product level or equivalent
• Core Tech/Domain: Cloud, MSP, or managed services background essential; this is broader than a pure AI remit
• Methodology/Protocols: Proven ability to write high-quality strategic decks and shape delivery models across multiple product lines
• Soft Skills: Comfortable defining priorities and partner strategy with limited existing structure; confident operating close to senior leadership

Nice to haves:

• Go-to-market exposure alongside product strategy experience
• Background from operationally admired businesses within cloud or managed services
