Responsibilities:
- Leading the Planning Fleet: You will be overseeing a team of infrastructure planners, ensuring every rack and kilowatt is accounted for across our global estate.
- Strategic Lease Management: You will be the lead negotiator for new and existing colocation leases, ensuring our site selections align with our ultra-low latency requirements.
- High-Level Project Orchestration: You will be tracking massive infrastructure build-outs from inception to "ready-for-service," managing external contractors with surgical precision.
- Active Planning: While you lead the team, you will be acting as a hands-on Lead Planner for our most critical, high-density GPU deployments.
Skills/Must have:
- Infrastructure Strategy: Proven track record in Capacity Planning and Datacenter Strategy, ideally within HFT, Cloud, or Hyperscale environments.
- Lease & Contract Expertise: Deep experience in colocation lease structures (MSAs/SLAs) and the ability to manage complex vendor/contractor relationships.
- Project Management: Mastery of project tracking tools and the ability to translate technical requirements into executive-level roadmaps.
- HPC Awareness: Understanding of the unique power and cooling demands of GPU-heavy and liquid-cooled environments.
