Responsibilities:

• Colo Leadership: You will be overseeing all regional Colo Leads, ensuring a unified approach to how they manage the physical assets in NYC and Chicago.
• Standard Setting: You will be the architect of their operational standards, from "rack-and-stack" protocols to comprehensive preventative maintenance programs.
• Inventory & Assets: You will be the owner of the global inventory process, ensuring they have 100% visibility into every spare part and live component.
• Incident Management: You will be managing the "Break-fix Rollup," analysing failures to improve long-term hardware reliability and monitoring accuracy.

Skills/Must have:

• Operations Management: Significant experience leading DataCenter Operations teams in high-pressure, low-latency environments.
• Process Engineering: A background in creating and implementing SOPs for preventative maintenance and hardware inventory.
• Monitoring Tooling: Experience with enterprise-grade monitoring and DCIM tools to track power, cooling, and hardware health.
• Leadership: Ability to manage remote teams and local leads across multiple geographical regions.
