Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain large-scale Linux compute infrastructure.
• Build automation for deployment, configuration and platform management.
• Optimise compute, storage and network performance.
• Develop internal tooling to improve reliability and scalability.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Work closely with engineering teams on platform improvements.
• Support monitoring, maintenance and production operations.

Skills/Must Have:

• Strong Linux systems engineering experience.
• Experience with large-scale or distributed infrastructure.
• Strong Python, Go, C or similar scripting/programming skills.
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Salt or Puppet.
• Knowledge of storage, networking and Linux performance tuning.
• Exposure to HPC technologies such as Slurm, Lustre or GPFS is beneficial.
